Editorial Policy

How we research, write, review, and maintain every article we publish.

Effective date: January 1, 2025

1. Our Editorial Mission

Cemafor publishes content to help businesses understand content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing. Every article is written to be accurate, useful, and genuinely helpful to the reader first, search engines second. We follow Google's people-first content principles and the E-E-A-T framework: Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.

2. Who Writes Our Content

All content published on Cemafor is created by professional, vetted human writers and reviewed by experienced editors. Every article is attributed to a named author or to the Cemafor editorial team, each with a dedicated author profile that outlines their role and areas of expertise. We do not publish anonymous content.

3. Our Content Process

Each piece follows a structured workflow: search-intent and topic research, a detailed content brief, human writing, and a dedicated editorial review before publication. Editors check structure, clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to this policy. Nothing is published without passing editorial review.

4. Use of AI

Cemafor does not use AI tools to write the content we publish. Our published articles are 100% human-written. AI may be used internally to support research, outlining, or grammar checks, but the writing, judgment, and final editorial decisions are always made by people.

5. Accuracy and Fact-Checking

We strive for factual accuracy in every article. Claims, statistics, and data points are checked against reliable sources at the time of writing. Where we reference third-party data, we aim to link to or cite the original source. If you believe any information is inaccurate, we want to hear from you so we can review and correct it.

6. Sources and Citations

When we reference external research, studies, or data, we attribute it to its source. We prioritize primary sources and reputable, authoritative publications. We do not present third-party work as our own and we respect intellectual property and copyright.

7. Independence and Transparency

Our editorial content is independent. We clearly distinguish informational articles from promotional material. Where an article discusses Cemafor's own services, we make that relationship clear. We do not publish undisclosed paid placements within our editorial content.

8. Corrections and Updates

Content is periodically reviewed and updated to keep it accurate and relevant. When we make a material correction to a published article, we update it transparently. To report an error or request a correction, email sales@cemafor.com and our editorial team will review it.

9. Reader Feedback

We welcome feedback on our content. If you have questions, corrections, or suggestions, you can reach our editorial team at sales@cemafor.com or through our contact page. Reader feedback directly informs how we improve and maintain our published content.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this editorial policy from time to time as our standards and best practices evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued publication under these standards reflects our ongoing commitment to quality and transparency.
