Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Cemafor provides content writing, editing, and related content marketing services. All content is written by professional human writers and reviewed by editors. Services are delivered according to the specifications agreed upon in the order form or project brief.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed after submission of the order form and payment processing. Pricing is based on the selected package and specifications. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver content within the timeline stated in your order confirmation. Standard delivery for single articles is 3 business days. Multi-article packages follow an agreed publishing schedule. Rush delivery is available on request and may incur additional fees.
4. Revisions
All packages include revisions. We work with your feedback to ensure the content meets your expectations. Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional rounds of revisions beyond the included amount may be charged separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the delivered content transfer to the client. Until payment is received in full, Cemafor retains all rights to the content. We do not reuse or resell content delivered to clients.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Project details, business information, and content strategies shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
7. Content Quality
All content is written by human writers and reviewed by professional editors. We do not use AI writing tools for content creation. Every delivery includes a quality report. We stand behind the quality of our work and will revise content that does not meet the agreed specifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cemafor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our content or services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable. Refunds for prepaid services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet delivered.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
